Our Team
Our MAC Youth leadership team is made up of over 40 men and woman who have all come to know Jesus as their King. There is a mix of full time workers, part time workers, full time students, part time students, husbands, wives (we even have a dad). The team are all passionate about young people coming to know Jesus the way they do and love building friendships with the youth under their care.
The team who interact with the youth have completed the NSW Government Working With Children Check (WWCC) as per government requirements for all those working with children. They have also completed what is known as a ’Safe Ministry Check’ as per the Anglican Diocese of Sydney.

Connor Davaram
Youth Minister
In my role as the Youth Minister at Menai Anglican Church I have the great joy of leading a team of over 40 leaders in discipling the next generation of Christian men and women.
I lead at MAC Youth because I am utterly convinced that what Jesus says about your life, my life, and our world is true, and therefore young people need to know about Jesus!

Ashley
Junior Youth Membership Coordinator
As the Junior Youth Membership Coordinator at MAC Youth, I aim to create a welcoming, inclusive and fun space where young people feel a sense of belonging. I oversee all things Junior Youth including term planning and organising our games and activities, and I am the point person for the year group leaders to ensure a safe, engaging, and Christ-centred community.
I lead at MAC Youth because I am utterly convinced of the gospel of Jesus Christ—that through His death and resurrection, He has defeated sin and death, offering salvation and eternal life to all who trust in Him. Then, because of this, I desire to see young people find true life in Him, to know His love, and to be transformed by His grace.

Chloe
Senior Youth Membership Coordinator
My role at MAC Youth is to consider how we can be connecting every member of our senior youth into a community that loves and cares for them. I plan for and lead our team in creating a night which is fun, inclusive and Christ centred.
I lead at MAC Youth because I hope to see our youth discover a peace and love that transcends all this world has to offer in a period of life which is often challenging. This peace and love that is a gift of grace accessible only through Jesus!

Rowan
Mission Coordinator
My role at MAC Youth is to oversee the goal of being on Mission. As Christians, we are called to make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28). For me, this involves organising our “MAC Multiplied” outreach events, running Alpha courses to deepen our kids’ faith and understanding of Christianity, and looking at ways to make MAC Youth better tailored to the newcomer.
I lead at MAC Youth because I love spending time with young people and being part of their journey of faith in Christ. There is no greater joy for me than seeing someone come to know Christ and for them to continue to wrestle with the big questions of life. It is also a joy to lead alongside a team who all share the same love of Jesus and others.

Annalee
Ministry Coordinator
My role at MAC Youth is championing ‘Ministry’ by intentionally thinking about how we can live in service to our good God at MAC youth. This involves leading the Faith in Action team, a group of youth who know and love God and are willing to use their gifts to glorify Him by serving their peers. I also have the privilege of leading the Year 11 girls—to build friendships, share in laughs and fun, but also spend time in God’s Word together, and to see them grow and mature in their relationship with Him.
I lead at MAC Youth because my life has been transformed by the love God shows for me in Jesus’ death and resurrection, I have been called to live in a way that glorifies God, in obedience to Him. So, I serve at MAC youth to bring glory to God and to see young people come to know God and grow in their love for him.

Emily
Maturity Coordinator
I am one of the coordinators at MAC youth! Specifically, I think about ‘maturity’ and how we can be using our Bible studies and talks each week to grow and challenge the youth of Menai in their love and knowledge of Jesus.
I lead at MAC Youth because there is nothing better than coming together on a Friday night, sharing life together and digging deep into God’s word. It is the biggest joy and privilege to share the gospel and see young people commit their lives to loving and serving Jesus!

Keats
Magnification Coordinator
My Role here at MacYouth, is to help our youth know Jesus, love Jesus, and make Him known. In other words, our goal is to magnify Him. That means helping young people grow a heart that naturally overflows with worship, whether through praise, thanksgiving, joy, or even honest lament. The most important thing in life is living for God’s glory. Everything else – school, work, sport, family, friendships, dreams – comes second. We want to shape a generation that orients their whole lives around serving and enjoying God the Father, Son, and Spirit. When we do this, God is magnified, and we discover true joy and freedom in Him.
This involves how we consider how we run our night sessions, from music, hosting, creative work, media and tech, socials, and even speaking into our preaching plans. The magnify role involves interaction with all our team and coordinators to produce the best results for making the gospel as clear and easily accessible to all.
I lead at MacYouth because I am utterly convinced of the Bible and the truth found in Jesus. I believe in the reality of eternal death and eternal life, and in Jesus, who offers eternal life by faith in Him cause of the works He completed on the cross. I want to give time to our young people who are searching and wrestling for truth and freedom only found in Jesus. Humanity’s ultimate joy is found in a relationship with their creator and to magnify Him.
